Banana Waldorf

Cinnamon and walnuts highlight this creamy dessert. It contains 30% of the daily value for calcium and will satisfy your sweet tooth … and your soul!  And as an added bonus, it is easy to prepare – ready in just 5 minutes

Ingredients:  Banana
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large apples, cored, peeled, and sliced 
  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 pinch cinnamon 
  • 2 Tbsp ground walnuts 


1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Place in individual serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings

Per serving: 260 cal, 9 g fat, 54 g carbohydrates, 10 g protein, 4 g fiber, 115 mg sodium
