Health Promotion

The Office of Health Promotion addresses the essential public health services by informing, educating and empowering the people about health issues, linking people to needed personal health services, and mobilizing community partnerships to identify and solve health problems.

The staff of Health Educators offers programs on a wide range of health topics for different age groups that can be requested through your towns' Board of Health Office, Recreation Department, School System and/or Public Library.

Please contact Eric Ciavaglia at if you have any questions about Health Promotion Services. You can also download the Office of Health Promotion Information Sheet for more information.
