MODERNA VACCINE DISTRIBUTION BEGINS FOR BERGEN COUNTY CATEGORY 1A HEALTHCARE WORKERS

What:  Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco and Deborah Visconi, CEO of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, invite members of the media to the Alternate Care Facility Annex located on the campus of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center on Monday, December 28. The County of Bergen in partnership with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center has received 1000 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and will begin distribution to Bergen County category 1A healthcare workers. The New Jersey Department of Health recently designated Bergen New Bridge Medical Center an “initial distribution point” for the Moderna vaccine.

Where:  The Alternate Care Facility Annex at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, 230 East Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652

When:  Monday, December 28, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Additional information: Masks and social distancing will be required. Members of the media are welcome to park in the northwest parking lot of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center (to your right when you enter the hospital driveway off of E. Ridgewood Ave). Signage will be posted.
