According to the 2010 U.S. Census Bergen County's percentage of adults with a college degree or higher is 44.2%, which is 10% higher than the national average. Saint Peter’s College is one of twenty-eight Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States, and the only one in New Jersey. Since 1872, Saint Peter’s College has offered an education based on the fundamental values of academic excellence, leadership, service, and faith. The college has an enrollment of approximately 3,000 full-time and part-time students hailing from across the country and the globe.
