The Bergen County Wellness Discount Program provides you with a free prescription drug card. 

This program provides savings up to 10% - 50% off your prescription drug costs. To begin saving today, simply present your discount card along with prescriptions to be filled to your pharmacist.

Program Highlights

• This program can be used by residents without a prescription drug benefit program or as a supplement for an insured prescription plan.
• The New Jersey Drug Card can be used as a Medicare Part D supplement by covering drugs once participants reach the "donut hole".
• As an added bonus, the freedom card also discounts prescriptions for your pets.

Acceptance of Card

Most major pharmacy chains and many independent pharmacies accept the card. Major pharmacy chains include, but are not limited to:

• CVS
• K-Mart
• Rite-Aid
• Target
• Walgreen's
• Independent pharmacies

You can use your prescription card at over 58,000 pharmacies throughout the United States.
