Up to date health and immunization records are required to attend the BergenCounty Zoo Camp at Van Saun Park, Paramus.

It is the responsibility of the Interlocal Division Nurses, Bergen County Department ofHealth Services to be certain that all children attending Zoo Camp have the requiredmedical documentation in order to attend

Counselors are educated regarding any medical issues that may be concern duringthe weekly camps. The trainings include but are not limited to:

• Epinephrine Administration
• Basic First Aid
• What to do if a camper or employee has a seizure
• What to do if a camper or employee has an allergic reaction
